Ronda grew up in the Caribbean on the small island of Grenada, known for its friendly people and picturesque beaches. She completed an Associates Degree in Business Administration before migrating to the USA, where for the past 10 years she has worked in healthcare as a front office specialist.
Ronda has 10 years of experience (2015–2025) working as a Front Office Coordinator.
Ronda is passionate about improving the patient experience by reducing waiting times for appointments, while providing exceptional service and building rapport with patients; she enjoys being part of an amazing team and working with wonderful patients.
