When you submit a form on this site, your information is processed solely to schedule your care and respond to your request. By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Wellsprings Health related to your appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or contact us at info@wellspringshealth.net to be removed from any communication list. Opting out of texts will not affect your ability to book or receive care with us; we will simply reach you by phone or email instead.

Cookies & Analytics

Our site uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to understand site traffic, measure the results of our advertising, and improve your experience. Specifically, we use:

• Google Tag Manager, which loads and manages the other tools on this list.
• Google Analytics, which reports how many people visit our site, which pages they view, how long they stay, and how they found us.

Calls to a tracking number are routed to our office through our patient communication platform (LeadConnector), which may log the date, time, duration, and calling number of the call.

We work with trusted third-party providers, including our website host, our form and scheduling provider, our patient communication platform, and the analytics and advertising services named above, to operate this site and manage patient communication. Our site also displays content from third parties, including a Google Reviews widget (provided by Elfsight) and embedded Google Maps, which may set their own cookies when they load. Providers that handle the information you submit to us receive only what they need to perform their function and are bound to reasonable confidentiality and security standards.
