I grew up in Cebu City, Philippines and am a licensed physical therapist in the Philippines. I transitioned from healthcare into the customer service industry during COVID, then into healthcare virtual assistance, where I was able to combine both clinical and customer service experience. I also have experience managing Airbnb properties, where I handled guest communication and coordination, along with supporting social media ads and content.

Patients are often overwhelmed by conflicting or unclear health information online. I want to help simplify and share accurate, evidence-based content so they can feel educated, informed, and supported.

I work in healthcare virtual assistance and social media coordination, where I support clinical and administrative workflows while also creating and managing informative, patient-centered social media content.

I enjoy working here because it allows me to combine creativity and healthcare.
